We build reporting and reconciliation software for Amazon sellers on top of the Amazon Selling Partner API. Once you authorize your account, we turn the order, fee, settlement and inventory data Amazon exposes into profit, settlement and stock-reconciliation reports — without ever accessing buyer personal information.
It is built for sellers who use Fulfillment by Amazon and operate across more than one marketplace, and who need a clearer picture of profit and inventory across their stores.
Each service below states what it does, which Amazon data it uses and who it is for. The four services marked Planned are not offered today.
Service 01
Reconstructs your Amazon fees and settlement figures down to the line item, then reports profit by SKU, order and marketplace.

Data usage
One row per SP-API role we request. We apply for eight roles, all of them normal (non-restricted) roles; four are held for planned features and are marked below. We do not request any Restricted Role and do not access buyer personally identifiable information.

This application does not request or access Personally Identifiable Information about buyers — no buyer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.
Accordingly, we have not applied for any Restricted Role. The data we use, listed in the table above, is limited to order, transaction, settlement and inventory records at the SKU and order level, which our reporting and reconciliation features do not require buyer identities to produce.
If a future feature ever required PII, we would apply for the corresponding Restricted Role and update this page and our privacy policy before requesting that access.
Our employees, agents and contractors may process or access relevant data as necessary for delivery, support, maintenance and security, subject to the Data Processing Addendum and the applicable provider schedule. Access must be limited to the relevant work. Hosting and other service providers, the data involved, purposes and locations are identified in our Service Provider and Processing Location Schedule, which we provide before enabling a customer's connection; see section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
Reports depend on the records Amazon makes available at the time of each retrieval, on synchronization timing and on the business inputs you supply. They can lag Amazon's own systems and may contain delays or errors, so review them before relying on them for financial, inventory, tax or operational decisions. Our calculations reconcile Amazon records against your inputs. Any AI-assisted calculation will be disclosed in the relevant service description before it is used, and we do not use Amazon data or materials to train, develop or improve models.
Getting started
Contact us to discuss which services fit your account. Before anything is connected we confirm scope and price in a written Order and provide the Data Processing Addendum and the provider schedule that apply to it.
You receive a personal one-time sign-in link for your account on this site. This is the account your Amazon authorization will be linked to.
You start the connection here, review the requested access on Amazon, and confirm. Nothing is accessed before you consent.
Authorization can be withdrawn at any time from Seller Central. Access stops immediately.
Pricing is quotation-based. Before any paid service begins, we provide a written Order stating scope, price, billing frequency, currency, Subscription Term and any trial or setup fee. No fee arises from visiting this website, receiving an invitation or authorizing your Amazon account.
Unless an Order states otherwise, quotations and invoices are in US dollars (USD), recurring services are billed monthly in advance, and invoices are payable within 14 calendar days. A free trial must be agreed in writing and does not become paid automatically; Subscription Terms do not renew automatically. You may cancel a recurring service on 30 days' written notice, and we refund prepaid fees for periods after the cancellation takes effect. Full terms are in section 8 of our Terms of Service.

We support Amazon marketplaces across North America, Europe and the Far East. Because access is granted through your Selling Partner API authorization, coverage is not tied to any single marketplace — talk to us about your specific stores.
